TUCK CAST | TC
The Tuck Cast is used to push the fly by an additional impulse by the surface tension of the water. This effect can be brought nymphs faster especially on the depth and better present near the ground. Basis of this litter is the overhead cast. When charge the line is guided evenly as in the normal overhead cast in a straight path forward. Just before the fly line is stretched straight out in front, reacts an additional pulse down. The fly at the end of the string is pressed down.
