Storage of data
We would like to point out that by agreeing to the use of Cookies, the IP address of the subscriber, along with the name and address of the buyer are stored to facilitate purchases and the conclusion of a contract with the web shop operator.

Data such as your name, address, items purchased and date of purchase are stored for the duration of product liability (10 years). Data is handled in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as the Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (required for fulfilment of contract) from the DVGVO.

Data processing occurs according to the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) from the DVGVO.
